If a guide is not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked. This is a voluntary guarantee we offer on top of your legal rights.
Contact us through the WhatsApp support button on the website or by email at alexandresilva16mt@gmail.com, and tell us the email address you used to buy. We will confirm your order and process the refund.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used, through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, the amount typically appears within 5–10 business days.
Once a refund is processed, your download link is deactivated and your licence to use the guide ends. We may refuse a refund in clear cases of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund patterns.
