1. Who we are

AI Profit Academy is operated by Alexander Silva ("we", "us"), selling digital guides about using AI tools to build income streams. You can reach us at any time through the WhatsApp support button on our website, or by email at alexandresilva16mt@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

When you buy a guide, we collect only what is needed to complete your order:

Your name and email address (to deliver your purchase and receipt);
Your country (to calculate the correct VAT);
Payment details — processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your data to anyone.

3. Why we use your data

To deliver the digital products you purchased (contract performance);
To comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation);
To answer your support requests (legitimate interest).

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for the period required by tax law. Support conversations are kept only as long as needed to help you.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU/EEA resident you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the WhatsApp support button. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. International transfers

Our payment provider may process data outside the EU. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
